This position is responsible for working with a high level of independence to ensure the overall success of the HR recruiting team’s activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates from internal and external sources for non-exempt and exempt positions. Partners with managers to identify skillset, experience, and characteristics of preferred candidates and oversees selection process to include interview scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, etc. Maintains detail-oriented electronic records of all candidates within the institutions electronic application software for compliance with state and federal regulations and reporting requirements. Completes necessary written documentation in a timely manner to satisfy record-keeping requirements. Works in coordination with other internal and external recruiters and is required to represent the company in a pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Contributes to building a team culture that is open to change and continuously striving toward an exceptional customer experience with continuous improvement in process efficiency. Works in a high-throughput environment to screen resumes, CVs and/or job applications for all applicants, prescreens qualified candidates by resume and/or phone interviews and presents qualified candidates to hiring manager. Participates in on-site candidate interview screening as needed.
Develops new and creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and build a pipeline for future openings.
